Villa sandy beach is located on a prime location of Protaras, literally a stone's throw from the Fireman's Beach. The Villa has spacious living space with three bedrooms, a great size private outdoor pool, BBQ and satellite television. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs, all with built in wardrobes. There are 1 en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet and washing basin, 1 toilet with shower room and washing basin and 1 toilet with shower room. One of the bedrooms is with a double bed and two with 2 single beds each. The ground floor is very spacious with open plan lounge kitchen and dining area. The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats six guests and large open plan fully equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan & all cooking utensils. The Living room is furnished with modern sofas. This new villa comes fully equipped; flat screen and satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, air-condition, BBQ and a balconies. It is located only 300 meters from the Fireman's beach - the area well-known for the finest beaches and the best weather of the island. The Garden is fenced for privacy with an 8m x 4m swimming pool with sun beds, umbrella, outdoor shower and furniture. Private parking is available free of charge. All necessary bed linen including bath towels are provided and with respect of your privacy, pool cleaning service is provided twice a week free of charge.
