Outside offers a private swimming pool with sun loungers and a BBQ and a private driveway. Inside offers plenty of open plan space throughout. The living room offers comfortable seating. The Kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge, microwave, water cooler, toaster, dishwasher. The dining room area can seat up to 8 persons. The 1st double bedroom is located on the ground floor; a double bedroom on ground floor with black out blinds, good wardrobe space, bedside tables, fully air-conditioned and access to the outside sitting area. Downstairs also offers a guest WC Upstairs it offers 3 well-furnished bedrooms consisting of an en-suite master double bedroom with black out blinds, good wardrobe space, bedside tables, air-condition, flat TV and access to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom on the first floor is also a double bedroom with black out blinds, good wardrobe space, bedside tables, air-condition, flat TV. The 3rd bedroom on the first floor is a twin bedroom with black out blinds, good wardrobe space, bedside tables, air-condition, flat TV. All rooms have share use of the family bathroom. The top floor (2nd), there is a laundry area equipped with a washing machine. The rooftop is propably the most amazing feature of this holiday home. Equipped with a large Sitting / Dining area, this could be the ideal spot to relax after a long and warm day and admire the panoramic sea view.
