Villa Dundar - Twin room is located in quite big pebble beach area of Kas. It has a swimming pool, a beautiful garden (500sqm) with fruit trees and flowering shrubs, a bathroom, a small kitchen with all the necessary cooking equipments, barbecue area and lots of seating and sun bathing area, chairs and sun beds can be placed exactly where you want it. The twin beds which can be connected to double bed can accommodate upto 2 guests. There is satellite LCD. Big pebble beach and many restaurants are within 300 metres, The room has everything you will need: room has aircondition, There's a good range of cooking facilities -cooker, fridge, kitchen sink, barbecue - and adequate equipment. Clean, well equipped (incl. AC that was working well without too much noise), good beds and quiet surroundings. Help is at hand! The owners lives at the ground floor of the main building and will offer assistance if required. The apartment, of course, is completely self-contained and the owners use the garden and pool very little, so it's like having a private villa for the price of a room. We also have sailing yacht and gullet for daily & Overnight tours around Kas coves.
