It also offers a private bathroom and a washing machine. There's a good range of cooking facilities - gas rings, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, barbecue - and adequate equipment. The garden, pool and barbecue area are extensive enough for any number of people and the surrounding area has stunning views of mountains and crystal clear sea of Mediterranean. Villa Dundar is less than 10 minutes walk to the biggest beach of Kas. And 30 minutes walk to Kas town. Help is at hand! The owners live ground floor of the main building and will offer assistance if required. The room, of course, is completely self-contained and the owners use the garden and pool very little, so it's like having a private villa for the price of a suit double room.
