Villa Ipek is a stunning 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom (sleeps 6) Luxury Triplex Villa with its own pool and uninterupted views over Kalkan Bay. Villa Ipek enjoys a light and airy , open plan lounge. There are 2 large patio doors providing glorious sea views over Kalkan bay and access to the terrace and pool. The Kitchen is equipped with a cooker, hob, microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine is available which is located on the top floor. Villa Ipek has 3 bedrooms 3 ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom is located on the top floor, it has a separate dressing room with fitted wardrobes, it also has a large ensuite bathroom which comprising of shower, WC and double sink, and a jacuzzi bath with fantastic views of Kalkan bay through a large window. There are 2 further bedrooms on the first floor with ensuite shower rooms, free standing wardrobes and balconies with fantastic wiews. The outdoor terrace is large enough to accomodate 6 sun loungers and an alfresco dining area. The terrace enjoys direct sun all day long, however new for 2019 we have built a large shaded pergola on the side of the villa which will be a nice chill out zone.
