"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for six, a sitting room with TV with FreeSat box and woodburning stove and a second-floor snug with TV Nintendo console and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a twin and a second-floor twin, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a front patio with furniture and roadside parking with CCTV outside of the property. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Please be aware that there is restricted head height in the second-floor twin bedroom and snug. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Haworth is 1 mile away, and Hebden Bridge and Skipton are 7 miles away."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
