"The open-plan living space has a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dining area, Smart TV and a sitting area. There is also a games room with pool table and futsal table. The bedrooms included a king-size, twin and a single, along with a shower room. To the outside is a decking with hot tub and furniture and off-road parking for five cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. This property does not accept pets or smoking. You'll find a shop on-site and within 0.2 miles there is a pub. The Lodge is a welcoming abode, whatever time of year. Note: Bookings are to be Friday to Friday, Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday only."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
