Also in the property is a fitted kitchen with a dining area, a larger dining room where everyone can eat together and sitting room with seating for eight and a woodburner. Outside is off road parking for five cars and a shingle garden with a patio, furniture and a barbecue. Within 1.4 miles there is a shop and 1.9 miles a pub. Situated on the River Great Ouse, Hadleigh Farm Barn is a lovely family holiday cottage at any time of the year."
