"The living areas of this property are reverse-level, with an open-plan living space on the first floor, housing a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining table for four and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms are on the ground floor and include a twin and a double, along with a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside there is a non-enclosed front garden with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 4.5 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach, and please note two well-behaved pets are welcome, but sorry, no smoking.
