"Broc consists of an open-plan living space with kitchenette/living/diner with gas oven, fridge, kettle, dining seating for two people, and woodburning stove. There is a double bedroom, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is a non-enclosed garden with lawned area, deckchairs, and fire-pit, along with ample parking space in the on-site car park. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no children. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and pub in 1.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. Broc is a delightful base for a County Galway getaway. Note: Sanctuary has on-site restaurant and animal enclosures. Note: WiFi available in the on-site visitor centre. Note: There is a short walk from the car park to your cabin. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside the cabin, due to the other animals on site, this is a strict rule with no exceptions. Note: This property is headed by the woodburning stove. Note: The cabin has scandinavian dry toilet, regular toilets available inside visitor centre."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
