"Located in Paxford, 4 Lower Folley is a gorgeous contemparary home perfect for a family retreat to the Cotswolds. As you enter the property you will discover a porch which is equipped with both a washer and a dryer. Continuing on, you will discover the kitchen/diner which comes with all modern conveniences. To the left of this is the lounge area, which has a woodburning stove and smart TV. As you move to the first floor you will find a king-size bedroom to your left and a twin single room to the right. In between both of these bedrooms is the family bathroom which is equipped with a generously sized walk in shower. To the rear of the cottage is the lovely gravelled garden which has outside seating perfect for a summers evening. Please Note: Pet Charge of -ú25.00 per pet per stay."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
