The snug has a TV with Freeview and electric fire, the sitting room has a TV with Freeview and woodburning stove and the games room has an ice-cream freezer and pool table. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size (zip/link) with en-suite, a super-king-size and a two king-size with en-suites, along with a bathroom and two cloakrooms. Outside, there is a off-road parking and a large garden with a lawn, patio and furntiure. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There is a highchair, travel cot and stairgate available. Apologies, no pets and no smoking. Within 0.9 miles there is a shop and within 0.8 miles, a pub.
