Home is 4 miles from Disney on a reserve protected by Florida. Pool is 22x 30Ft 3-6 ft depth with water features that has option for heat in chilly Florida season. 1.Master with en-suite walk in shower, separate tub ,double vanity with granite and access to pool lanai of over 2400 additional sqft. with fenced in back yard and King Custom Designed Bed. 2.2nd Bedroom with (2) Custom Headboard Full Bed (upstairs) 3. 3rd Bedroom with (2) Custom Headboard Full Bed (upstairs) 4. 4th Bedroom with (6) twin Bunk beds custom upholstered. 5. 5th Gameroom with (4) twin custom bunk bed system and theater with 120 screen , playhouse, pool table , air hockey table , and arcade machine all with AC and heat. Laundry inside home. Private south facing screened pool (non heated). (heated per stay) There are plenty of Extras Please just ask ...we will do OUR best to get you what you DESIRE MAX Accommodations for 15 people. Parking for max 2 cars driveway 2 cars in street. remainder is per city ordinance in the street. No parking on the lawn.
