"The living areas include a kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine dishwasher, a dining room and a sitting room with woodburning stove. The bedrooms include a double and twin, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is an enclosed garden with furniture and barbecue, bike shed, a WC and off-road parking for one car. This accommodation will accept two well-behaved dogs however smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 0.5 miles or less there is a shop and pub. Myrtle Villa is a superb retreat, whatever time of year. Note: There is a railway line running at a low level beyond the bottom of the garden. Note: There is a point in the stairs where some guests may experience limited head room, please take care. Note: There are changes in levels in the garden and three steps down to the entrance of the house, please take care."
