"Little Luxe Lodges, a single-storey retreat, consists of a studio-style living space including a king-size bed, a kitchen with microwave, fridge, air fryer, kettle, and toaster, a dining room with seating for two guests, and an external hut with a shared sitting area. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front decking with furniture and designated off-road parking for one car. Shop 1 mile, pub 1 mile, coast 1.3 miles. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. However, you decide to spend your days here in the Highlands, ensure a memorable getaway with a stay at Little Luxe Lodges. Note: Parking is not allowed outside the property due to access to a farmerÔÇÖs field, but unloading is permitted. Note: No TV at this property. Note: Wheelchair-friendly access. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
