And at 750 meters you will find the fantastic beaches of Empúries. The street where the apartment is located is only accessible to the neighbors, and in front of the building there is a green area with a promenade to reach the beaches of Empúries. The apartment is divided into four rooms, two of them with double bed, and two more with two single beds in each one. All mattresses are new and very comfortable. It has two newly renovated bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped. And the dining room, which has beautiful views, where you can relax listening to the waves of the sea. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, and a private parking space.
