Details of the Apartment

The apartment is located in a newly built development in La Cala de Mijas known as "Casa Banderas". Both the apartment and the complex count with all the features for a nice and pleasant stay. Like good WiFi connection, a big HD SmartTV with many international channels, a lovely terrace with BBQ, an inviting swimming pool with loungers and chill out area, a gym, secure parking and located only a 5 minutes drive from the beach and the centre of La Cala de Mijas. The apartment counts with new quality appliances and furniture. As you get into the apartment you find the open plan kitchen which is fully equipped and the living room, with a big sofa and a couple of armchairs to watch TV. The TV has many international channels from UK, USA, European, Russian, Scandinavian and Arab... it also has streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon or YouTube. The WiFi connection is very good. The beds are very comfortable, in the main bedroom there is a desk to work on the computer, it has a walk in closet and an ensuite bathroom. You can access the terrace from this bedroom or from the living room. The three bedrooms have automatic blinds that go up or down with a switch and that will completely darken the room. There is a second bathroom with shower. In the terrace there is a gas BBQ and a big dining table that can comfortably sit six people there is also a chill out sofa and chairs with table. The complex has three swimming pools with grass areas and loungers for your use. In the main swimming pool there is also a big communal lounge area or social club, which has tables and couple of grills so you can barbecue while you are on the pool area and have your lunch or dinner there, there is also a kitchen counter with a sink. This lounge area also has an interior lounge which is air conditioned and also has tables, chairs and a kitchen counter with sink and stove. There is also a fridge there so you can leave your food or drinks in it while you are in the pool and that way not have to go to the apartment for them. There is also a gym with many cardio machines and a couple of multi-gym machines. There is a big jacuzzi and a sauna for your use. (The gym is open, but the jacuzzi and sauna are currently closed due to covid, it's expected to be open in mid June.) In the complex there is also a tennis court, a little playground for kids and an outdoor gym to do some joint mobility excersises. My name is Aitor and I will meet you at arrival to hand the keys and show the apartment. During your stay you'll have my phone number to contact me in case you need any assistance. In case I can't meet you at arrival, there is a concierge on site which can give you the keys. A car is not essential but I would really recommend. The complex is on top of a hill and can be a tedious walk coming back from the supermarket or from town. We take special measures in the cleaning of the apartment. We use disinfectant products, wash all linens and towels at a temperature of 60°C, and we use an ozone generator to disinfect the air, surfaces, curtains and sofas... Also, the apartment remains vacant at least 24 hours in between guests.
