The exteriors of the property are truly an oasis of peace. In the spacious gardens, with spectacular mountain views, you will find a fantastic chlorine pool of 10m x 6m and a maximum depth of 2.95m. All around you will find sun loungers where you can relax in the sun, a barbecue and a porch with a large table where you can enjoy unforgettable moments with your companions. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby. The interior of the two-storey house is designed to give you the rest you deserve. On the main floor there is a living-dining room with AC and TV and a gas kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bathroom with bathtub serves this floor. When it is time to sleep, there are four bedrooms. The first bedroom is located on the main floor and has two single beds and access to the terrace. A staircase leads to the lower floor, where the other three bedrooms are located, all with AC. Two of them have two single beds, while the other one has a double bed. On this floor there are two bathrooms with bathtub: one en suite and one independent. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair. The accommodation is located in a residential, familiar and quiet area of Mijas, very close to beautiful dark sandy beaches with beach bars and other services where you can also go scuba diving or snorkelling. The area has all the necessary services for an independent stay. In addition, nearby golf courses or amusement parks ensure a day of fun with a difference. Pets are not allowed.
