Casa Momassa This traditional Portuguese villa is beautifully located on the Gramacho Golf Course and has a view of the course’s 14th hole with the town of Ferragudo and Portimao in the background. Casa Momassa is in excellent condition, the interior is modern and practical, and is equipped with the latest household amenities. The granite countertop kitchen is fully equipped. The villa has 4 bedrooms that sleep a total of 10 people. One to four additional beds can be arranged on request. (Extra cost) Three of the bedrooms have their own full bathroom. A fourth full bathroom serves as a guest bathroom. The villa also has a baby cot. The large living room/dining room has direct access to the outdoor patio and pool area. The master bedroom on the second floor has access to a large balcony with a view of the golf course. The villa also has a private covered grill area. The villa and backyard are elevated 4-5 meters above the golf course. This, in addition to the oleander bushes that enclose the property, provide excellent privacy. In the backyard, there are several seating arrangements. One of these has a view of the golf course and is perfect for watching the sunset. If you wish to watch TV, there are more than 100 channels available. There is of course free high speed fiber WiFi in the villa and outside by the pool. There are several restaurants, bars, supermarkets, malls (including a Nike outlet), etc. near by.
