The bedrooms have an independent balcony overlooking the city and Marina area. There is also plenty of parking next to the building. It is located in a neighborhood just 1 minute from the Marina and the train station, and it's just a quick 5 minute walk to the Meia-Praia beach. The main downtown area of the city is just across the river and 10 minutes away. There is possibility of late arrival between 19:00h and 00:00h for an extra charge of €20 paid locally.
