Very nice 3 bedroom holiday apartment in Lagos, located in a popular private complex with outside communal pool, indoor pool, gym and jacuzzi. Located in central area of the popular western city of Lagos it is extremely close to several locations, supermarkets, golf courses and the downtown quarter of this historic and popular city. It is just 200 meters from the main Bus Station. The apartment is very modern and is a first floor unit comprising living room with balcony, fully equipped kitchen, main bathroom, 2 guest bedrooms and a master bedroom with on-suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms have 2 single beds each, and the master bedroom has 1 double sized bed, and all have fitted wardrobes. The kitchen has washing machine, electric hob, oven, micro-wave, fridge-freezer and utensils. The apartment has double-glazed windows, electric shutters, WIFI, Cable TV and Air-Conditioning throughout. It also has a sofa bed for an extra guest (sleeps a total of 7). The building has lift, emergency lights and security code door. There are 3 main supermarkets within a 2 minute walk, and is just a quick step into the downtown area. There is possibility of late arrival between 00:00h and 02:00h for an extra charge of €40 paid locally and between 19:00h and 00:00h for an extra charge of €20 paid locally.
