This modern 4-bedroom villa with private pool is in a great location just a few minutes from the Marina, town, and the main beach of Lagos (Meia Praia). There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom - all with air conditioning. On the ground-floor there is a WC as well as a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, and a separate family bathroom with shower cubicle. There is a large, fully-equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences including dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc. A washing machine is also provided. The large lounge is comfortably furnished and leads directly out to the pool area. A flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi are available for guests. The villa is ideally located near to Lagos town, with shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife all around a 20 minute walk away. The fabulous, 5km-long Meia Praia beach is a few minutes walk from the villa. In addition, the dramatic scenery of the west coast is within easy reach by car. The town of Lagos is full of character with its narrow streets and many restaurants serving fresh fish and other seafood. Children are welcome everywhere and there are many activities on offer for young and old, including dolphin watching and grotto trips, mountain biking & various water sports as well as a number of top-class golf courses (including Palmares, Penina, and Boavista – all within 10-15 minutes drive from the villa). Within a 25-minute drive are the courses at Penina and Morgado. A little further afield (approximately a 30 minute drive) are water parks and the very popular ‘Zoomarine’.
