Amazingly well located holiday studio right on the main promenade in downtown Lagos! This studio is a first-floor unit that sits right across the Marina on the start of the main avenue. The apartment has a living room-bedroom area with double-sized bed (sleeps 2), kitchenette and dining table, and 1 bathroom with a standing shower. The studio apartment has a nice balcony overlooking the marina, and has washing machine. There are many coffee shops, restaurants, and activity centers at hand, and the taxi rank, bus stop, bus station, and main square are within a 5-minute walk. The marina is just across the river, and the beaches are at the end of the promenade. Please mind that parking is very limited in the summer period. There is possibility of late arrival between 00:00h and 02:00h for an extra charge of €40 paid locally and between 19:00h and 00:00h for an extra charge of €20 paid locally.
