Skipper has one double bedroom and a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. ThereÔÇÖs an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge and dishwasher. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside thereÔÇÖs 200 acres of grounds with ponds and river, patio with furniture, and ample off-road parking. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop and pub in 2.8 miles. Escape to Lancaster at Skipper. Note: Children and pets to be supervised when outside due to ponds and river in garden. Note: Stables for two horses is available on request please contact the owner for further information. Note: Electrical cars can not be charged at the property Note: washing machine facilities are available on request."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
