This stunning 1st floor apartment completed early 2010 is situated in the village of Mazotos which is located just 20 minutes from the modern town of Larnaca and the international airport. This traditional village consists of a small quaint cafe/takeaway and the Legends Bar which are within walking distance of the development. This development has a very sleek modern design and the apartment reflects the modern exterior of the development. There is allocated, covered parking for all guests.


Open plan spacious living areas gives way to tinted sliding doors leading out onto the terrace where you can sit and enjoy the weather. The main bedroom, which also has fitted wardrobes, has its own private balcony that over looks the communal swimming pool.

The furniture comes fully equipped to be able to create the perfect environment to enjoy your holiday, and sleeping up to 4, you can really get the most out of the property for all the family to enjoy. The flat screen TV and DVD is there for your enjoyment. (TV is to watch DVDs only)

The kitchen has a high gloss finish with high spec electrical items which can be used during your stay.

This tranquil village with narrow streets and traditional culture is a much sought-after area, offering peace and quiet in a rural setting. Founded in Roman times, the village has retained its charm in a changing world. Local farmers grow tomatoes, cucumbers and melons and also produce delicious Halloumi, the speciality cheese of Cyprus.
As well as being home to many of the business executives working in Larnaca and Nicosia, the village is becoming more popular with retirees and permanent movers to Cyprus for its rural appeal and easy access to the rest of the island.
Mazotos is located in the south Larnaca district between three major cities and within easy reach of the Nicosia
to Limassol motorway. Nicosia, the island's capital, is only 50 miles away, while Limassol is 34 miles from the
Resort. Larnaca, with its wealth of shopping and culture as well as the international airport, is only 20 minutes
drive from the Resort.
The long, sandy beaches are just a few minutes drive away.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

I accept bank transfers and cheques.
50% of the accommodation fee is due to secure your reservation.
The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
A £200 security deposit is also payable on top of the normal weekly rate. This is refundable after your holiday, once an inspection of the property is complete.

I am willing to give discounts to multiple weekly bookings, for 1 or 2 persons and for early bookings.

A Welcome grocery pack which includes milk, tea, sugar etc can be supplied on each booking at a cost of £24.00. Travel Cot, High Chairs, Buggies and Fold away beds can be hired during your stay, please contact us for more details.
We can provide a baby/toddler package to include Pampers/Huggies Nappies, baby bath wash, new potty, changing mats, sudo-creme, sponge etc,.

You will be provided with an emergency telephone number should you need anything whilst you are staying at our apartment.
