Details of the Apartment

The luxuriously equipped 1st floor apartment is available all year round for both short & long term stays.

The new kitchen contains all the necessary essentials required including a glass top ceramic hob & extractor, marble worktop, washing machine and dishwasher.

There are many extras including a Panasonic 32" TV with Cinema Surround Sound, CD/DVD player & Ipod Docking station. Air Conditioning/heating units in each room. Mood lighting creates a luxurious feel to both lounge & kitchen area.

The large private balcony area seats 4 at the table with 2 sun loungers (the balcony area has its own lighting).

Both the lounge and Master bedroom come with roller and vertical blinds with voiles in both for privacy. Master bedroom also has a dressing table with mirror and hair dryer. Both bedrooms come with ample hanging and storage space, bedside tables and alarm clocks. Personal deposit box provided in the Apartment. Children are catered for with plastic cutlery, plates and a booster seat. Strollers and cots can be hired from Reception.

3 swimming pools including a large Paddling pool, 2 giant Jacuzzis ,chess/yoga platform all currently available. Games room with Wi and board games. Secure underground parking with private storage area. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but ashtrays are provided for the balcony area.

Grove Spa Apartment G26 is located in Mazotos, Larnaca

Mazotos is located in the south Larnaca district between three major cities and within easy reach of the Nicosia to Limassol motorway. Nicosia is 50 miles away while Limassol is 34 miles from the resort. Larnaca with its wealth of shopping and culture as well as the international airport is only 20 minutes drive.

The long sandy beaches are just a few minutes drive away. The Camel Park is 5 minutes away and ideal for family visits and also serves excellent food and can be recommended.

Cyprus has become ideal for golfers and indeed many sporting and outdoor activities - tennis, fishing & deep sea fishing, horse riding, snorkelling. Walking is very popular especially in Troodos mountains and valleys. Indeed most outdoor pastimes are catered for in Cyprus. Cycling/driving is easy since many laws originate from the British and driving on the left hand side of the road with road signs in English & Cypriot/EU. Most of the locals are fluent English speakers so getting your questions answered is easy and they themselves are very hospitable as hosts.

Apart from fabulous beaches, mountains and stunning scenery there are many areas that you can escape to finding peace and tranquility, especially in the Troodos mountains. The food, cuisine & local wines are all excellent - all fresh and local and not to be missed.

Welcome pack available on arrival if booked in advance. (Tea, coffee and soft drinks on arrival).

£150 Damage deposit is refundable but payable in advance.

A deposit of 20% is payable on confirmation of booking with the remainder due 6 weeks before arrival. Payment options include personal cheque, cash, PayPal (incl credit card, debit card), Telegrahic Transfer, BACS.
