This modern 100 m² house located near La Playa de Las Canteras offers two bedrooms with capacity for 4 people including a large 95 m² terrace from where you have views of the city and the coast. It has a king size bed and television in one bedroom and two single beds in another bedroom. In the living room you find another television as well as air conditioning where you can feel at home thanks also to the cozy decoration that characterizes it. There is Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation. On the other hand, the kitchen is independent, with a ceramic hob and is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. An iron is available. As for the terrace, it has tables, chairs, an awning, hammocks and a parasol where you can relax in the warm weather of Gran Canaria, it also has a barbecue. The building has an elevator to access the house as well as a covered parking. Playa de las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the world, with a natural rock barrier, which allows you to enjoy the sea like a swimming pool. The entire area of Las Canteras is a very lively area, with a 3km promenade along the beach, with a great gastronomic and cultural offer along the entire promenade. It is an ideal place to enjoy the sea, walks and sports.
