"Heron is a single-storey property consisting of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting room with sofa bed, TV and DVD player and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is a private decking area with furniture, and parking is available. Within 5.2 miles you will find a shop and within 0.7 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome for an additional fee but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot is also available on request. Owl is a charming base for your next getaway to Herefordshire. Note: Guests have access to free golf and free fishing as well as a bar/restaurant on site (see opening hours). Note: The sofa bed can sleep up to two additional guests. Note: Bookings made for parties of workers can only be accepted with the prior consent of the Owner. Note: For bookings made on or after 7th November 2023 a Good Housekeeping Bond of -ú200 applies to this property."
