"The living areas in this single-storey home consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV and woodburning stove, and a sitting room with open fire and TV. There are two double bedrooms, serviced by a wet room. Outside there is a wrap-around, gravelled garden, a private driveway for two cars, and roadside parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 4.7 miles, a pub in 1.6 miles, and Ballynakill Lough in 0.6 miles. For a rural escape to County Galway, book Ballinakill. Note: There is single-side access to one of the beds; please be aware. Note: Check-in from 3:30pm, check-out by 10:30am."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
