"Gosling Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with and electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and dining seating for two people and a sitting room with a Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedroom is a king-size zip/link which can be a twin upon request, and there's a bathroom with a bath and shower over. Outside there is a shared front garden with a gravelled area and path. Please note there is no parking directly outside as the property is situated down a quiet little lane away from the main road. Free on street parking is available near by. Two small well-behaved pets welcome at this property but sorry, no smoking. Launderette within walking distance. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and within 0.1 mile you will find a pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Gosling cottage is a wonderful choice for your getaway together in the Lake District. Note: The garden is not enclosed. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
