"Fell View House consists of a kitchen with microwave, wine chiller, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room with dining seating for eight and Smart TV, and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of four king sizes. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and heated towel rail and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, patio, furniture, stream, and hot tub and off-road parking for six cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking at this property. Guests can find a shop within 4.4 miles and a pub within 4.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy a refreshing break with your loved ones at Fell View House. Note: The hot tub is only to be used between 10am and 10pm. Note: Please respect our neighbours, no music after 10:30pm. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
