"This cottage is set over three floors and has four bedrooms, a double with en-suite bathroom, a double, a mezzanine twin and a single, along with a bathroom, a cloakroom, a kitchen/diner, a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, and an external games room. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV, WiFi, a selection of games, pool table and table tennis table. Outside, there is driveway parking for four cars and a patio, decking, barbecue and furniture. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. A cot, highchair and stairgate are available. One well-behaved pet. Note: There are steps up into the master bedroom. Note: The light switches for the mezzanine bedroom are located outside the main bathroom. Note: The external studio can be rented for parties, yoga and other activities via Deanslade Events.
