"Shepherds Hut - Oak, a single-storey hut consists of a studio-style layout including a king-size bed, kitchen, breakfast bar with stools and sitting area as well as a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. There is a 1-ring induction hob, microwave, slow cooker, air fryer, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and toaster as well as a TV. There is a wraparound garden with decking, firepit, lawn, outdoor seating, and wood-fired hot tub, plus off-road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack of logs for hot tub, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Within 2.4 miles, you will find a pub, and within 2.8 miles, a shop. Enjoy countryside living with a stay at Shepherds Hut - Oak. Note: There are steps up to the exterior of the property. ..Note: Adults only ( no children/ babes in arms - sorry )"

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
