Our stylish apartment with one of the most exclusive views of the city, is the perfect place for your stay in Lisbon! Conveniently located in the most popular square of the city, the Rossio Square, you will be only a few minutes away from all the major attractions, top eateries and great shopping. Beautifully renovated, this apartment features 2 bedrooms and a very bright living room facing the amazing Foz Palace. We provide free Wifi and Cable TV. The property is located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator. Ideally suited for both leisure and business travellers. Liberdade Avenue: 2 minutes walking (180 meters) Rossio Square: 3 minutes walking (300 meters) Baixa/ Chiado: 9 minutes walking (700 meters) Airport by taxi/ transfer: 20 minutes Airport by metro/ bus: approximately 40 minutes THE SPACE Our fully renovated apartment hosts beautiful high ceilings, stripped wooden floors and double-glazed windows. The elegant and light living room offer a comfortable and cosy open space, complete with a sitting area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. This apartment will make you feel right at Home! The master bedroom has a double bed whilst the other bedroom features 2 single beds that can be placed together as a double. There are 2 bathrooms, one en-suite and one next to the living room. You will also find a sofa-bed in the living room which can accommodate 2 additional guests. A travel baby cot and a high chair are available upon request. For a cosy evening after a day of sightseeing, you can relax in the living room and take advantage of this apartments features, or simple read a book, with a unique view towards the Restauradores Square. Bedroom access depends on how many people will be staying at the flat. for example: 1 couples - 1 bedroom will be available (remaining room will be closed) 2 friends would occupy one double bedroom (remaining room will be closed). Guests are free to choose which bedrooms they would like to stay in, at the time of check-in. \*\*Late check-ins, from 21h00 to 00h00 (midnight), have an extra charge of 20€ payable in cash upon arrival. After 00h00 (midnight) there is an extra charge of 40€.
