Nomad's Fine Arts Chiado with Garage apartment is located in Rua Ivens, one of the streets across Rua Garrett in Chiado, being the perfect place to escape the busy and cosmopolitan style caractheristic of this traditional neighbourhood (one of Lisbon's finest), but at the same allowing you to wander and discover the city's main attractions at really close distances just by walking. Nomad's Fine Arts Chiado with Garage is located in the third floor of a beautiful building, provided with elevador, in Rua Ivens, benefiting from a privileged location close to the busy lifestyle that is super caractheristic of the Chiado neighbourhood, but at the same time allowing you to be peacefully away from it. This One Bedroom luxurious apartment is carefully decorated to offer you a relaxed time after discovering Lisbon, with living room, a fully equiped kitchen, bathroom and a beautiful balcony sided to the street, with a wonderful square where the National Arts Academy is located, right at your door. We thought every necessity to make your stay really unique, and you will have at your disposal towels, linens, bathrobes, heating system, a safe, cable tv and internet. You can also enjoy a private access to our 1 car place in the Garage (at an aditional cost). Nomad's Fine Arts Chiado with Garage has the maximum capacity for 3 guests (2 adults and one child). The apartment is for private use of our guests only. You'll enjoy all the spaces that the apartment offers, with all the comfort and privacy. At any time or any place, our guests can communicate with Nomad's Team, for the clarification of doubts about the apartment, accommodation, restaurant tips, places to visit and some recommendations for living the city as a true local! Nomad City Flats team is available in person every business day, between 9 am and 6 pm. Outside these hours and on weekends, we will always be available via whatsapp. Whenever necessary, we always have a member of the team on hand to help reply to your questions. Chiado, the link between Downtown and Bairro Alto, is one of the most iconic and traditional neighbourhoods in Lisbon. It's a very typical area, where you can find traditional caffes (some with more than 100 years old!) and restaurants with our typically local meals, being one of the most busy and cosmopolitan areas in the capital you can find. It's one of the huge market zones, where you can find shops decorating the building's facades everywhere. You can get to the main city landmarks just by walking, like Santa Justa Elevator, Chiado Shopping Mall, Rossio, Rua Augusta, Terreiro do Paço and S. Jorge's Castle. It's a very cultural neighbourhood, where we pay tribute to some of the most iconic names in Portuguese Litherature, like António Ribeiro ("The Chiado", which names the neighbourhood), Fernando Pessoa (with his statue at "A Brasileira", his favourite coffee place) and Luís Vaz de Camões, at the Square above. Being the center of the romanticism in Portugal, it was the favourite place of vary and distinguished parts of the Portuguese Elite, being deeply described in Eça de Queirós' "Os Maias", per instance. Chiado is located right in the center of the city, offer you all the public transportation possibilites to enjoy visiting Lisbon and the surroudings! You have the metro station of Baixa-Chiado in a 1min walking distance and stops for the city buses and the famous 28E tram, if you're interested in visiting the city landmarks at the Luís de Camões Plaza, above. For extra ideas, you have the Rossio train station at 10 minutes if you dream of visiting Sintra and Cais do Sodré train station at 5 minutes if you plan on visiting Belém, the popular beaches and also Cascais (you can achieve Cais do Sodré by metro or just by walking).
