A recently refurbished and located in the city center, at the Baixa district is the heart of Lisbon and comprises of magnificent plazas, wide avenues and grand Pombaline architecture. Here a grid of straight streets lined with neoclassical buildings link up majestic squares and grand avenues, testimony to the genius of the Pombaline plan and widely considered an architectural achievement of great note in Europe at the time. The apartment is fully furnished, decorated and equipped. The design and functional decoration gives the apartment a feeling of being at home. The apartment has two bedrooms with two double beds and a sofa bed that gives the apartment the capacity for 5 people. Kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with everything you might need. Premium amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV and coffee machine. Perfect for families, friends or solo travelers, this romantic space will win your heart. To check in you will have to go to our Welcome Center (Largo do Rato, 7 A/B), we will be waiting for you between 10am and 8pm, indicate us in advance the arrival time for our contact +351 935 899 213. Please note that all guests must provide their identification at check-in and that they will have to pay the tourist fee (2 euros per person/day). If your arrival time is before 3pm we will be happy to store your luggage while we prepare the apartment for your stay. Please note that late check-in is done at the apartment and has the following costs: \- Between 8pm and 10pm, you will have the additional cost of 15 Euros; \- From 10pm, you will have the additional cost of 30 euros. With Homing is a matter of quality and comfort, you can always purchase our personalized services, namely a transport that takes you to the apartment, with the additional cost of 30 euros (up to 4 people). If you want to book the service also to the airport, the cost is 55 euros, just give us your flight number and we will be waiting for you! The Homing team will be delighted to welcome you in Lisbon! At check-out, we ask you to leave the apartment in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Otherwise, Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning fee for the same amount as the reservation.
