The riverside neighbourhood of Alcântara lies between the city centre and the monuments of Belém, in the shadow of the 25 de Abril Bridge. The lower part, around Largo do Calvário (the main square), was transformed in the 1990s, with restaurants and clubs taking over former warehouses. More recently the Lx Factory, a site of former factories, warehouses and workshops, which are now occupied by many of the city's trendiest restaurants and shops, as well as design studios and art spaces. The flat is fully furnished, decorated and equipped. The functional design and decoration give the flat a feeling of being at home. One bedroom, with a double bed and a sofa bed, gives the flat the capacity for 3 people. The kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with everything you might need. It includes amenities, free Wi-Fi, cable TV and a coffee machine. Perfect for families, friends or individual travellers, this romantic space will win your heart. For check-in you have to go to our Welcome Center (Avenida Duque De Ávila 110A), we will be waiting for you between 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., please let us know your arrival time in advance by contacting us on +351 935 899 213. Please note that all guests must provide their identification upon check-in and will be charged the tourist tax (2€ per person/day). If your arrival time is before 15.00, we will be happy to store your luggage while we prepare the flat for your stay. Please note that late check-in at the flat has the following costs: \- Between 8pm and 10pm, you will have an additional cost of € 15; \- After 22:00 you have an additional cost of 30 euros. With Homing it's a question of quality and comfort, you can always purchase our personalized services, namely a shuttle that takes you to the flat, at an additional cost of 30€ (up to 4 people). If you wish to book the service also to the airport, the cost is 55€, just tell us your flight number and we will be waiting for you! The Homing team will be delighted to welcome you in Lisbon! Upon check-out, we ask that you leave the flat in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Otherwise, Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning fee of the same amount of the reservation.
