This quiet residential neighborhood is close to the airport and to the wonderful contemporary architectured Parque das Nações neighborhood! In the surrounding area you'll find local commerce and other useful services. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Bathroom with shower. The kitchinette is fitted with an electric stove with 2 burners and a microwave. The apartment is located on the third floor. The building does not have an elevator. Olivais neighborhood was, until the 50´s, a rural area filled with olive trees and vegetable gardens on an idilic landscape framed by hills and Tagus river. It as since then been developed as a quiet residential neighborhood where riverside factory´s workers lived, where Libon´s second largest leisure park is inserted. The airport is 8 min, away from the apartment and the worderful Parque das Nações is within 1,5 Km, where you´ll find a vibrant comercial zone, assorted restaurants, museums and the well known Oceanarium. In the surrounding area you´ll find a small farmers market, a butcher, an ATM and some local restaurants and cafes. Olivais Sul´s view point as well as the subway station are within 500 m. There is a subway station 500 m away and some bus routes pass through the neighborhood. You can catch a train in Gare do Oriente, where you´ll find routes to Lisbon´s downtown or to other regions of Portugal.
