The walk can take you to the docks of the lower city in less than 20min. 5min from Santa Apolonia station, metro and train station Shops and services in the immediate. After 22:00 – there is an additional charge for late arrival: €40 (to be paid on site in cash) Check out time: before 10am. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services. Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.
