"The living areas consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD player, and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite, a further double (zip/link), and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a decked area, lawn, furniture, and hot tub, and off-road parking for one car. This is a smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles and a pub in 0.4 miles. Highchair and travel cot (no mattress) available. 9 Horizon View is a wonderful getaway offering fun for all the family. Note: Additional parking available nearby if required. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Due to lake on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: Barbecues are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site. Please note that the lodge is dog friendly, allowing to have your doggy guests, however on this particular lodge, the decking is not dog ÔÇÿsafeÔÇÖ, so please accompany your dog at all times. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
