"The open-plan living space houses a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, a sitting area with TV and DVD player and a dining area. There is a king-size bedroom serviced by an en-suite shower room. To the outside is a lawned garden and off-road parking. Within 2.3 miles there is a shop and pub. Two well-behaved pets are welcome however smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Fizz-Gog Cottage is a heart-warming escape to Cornwall. Note: If bringing your pet, remember to bring their bed, blankets, towels, food and water bowls - pets are not allowed on the furniture. Do not leave the pet unattended in the property. Note: It is not possible to charge electric vehicles at this property. Note: this property only accepts check-ins on Saturday, any bookings made not in accordance with this may be cancelled."
