"Beach Cottage, consists of a kictchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a utility, a dining area with seating for five guests and a sitting area with a multi-fuel stove and a TV. The bedrooms consists of a a gound floor single, a first floor double with TV and a first floor twin serviced by a first-floor shower room. Outside there is elevated private timber deck accessed by very steep steps for views of village and beach, and parking in council car park. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and a beach, and within 0.2, a pub. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. One small well-behaved pet welcome September to May (additional charges apply) WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy sea view from each window at Beach Cottage."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
