"Sunset Quarters is a first-floor, room with a double bed and sitting area with TV and kettle, serviced by a wet room. You'll find a shop, pub, and lake in 0.4 miles, river in 0.5 miles, and beach in 0.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Outside, there is a communal garden with lawn, decked area, and furniture and Offroad parking for one car only, with unrestricted parking in the roads surrounding the centre. Note: It is a mandatory requirement that anyone staying in the building must be able to independently use the stairs in the event of an evacuation or the lift not working.
