"The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 2.3 miles and a pub in 1 mile. Highchair, travel cot and baby bath available on request. Elan Valley Welsh - The Sheepfold is an indulgent base for an escape to Powys. Note: There are low beams in both bedrooms; please take care. Note: The double bed is accessed via one side. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
