It consists of a fully-equipped kitchen and utility, a dining room to seat 20, a sitting room with 55-inch Smart TV with sound system and adaptive lights, a games room with table tennis and football, and an enclosed garden. There are seven bedrooms across three floors, including double, king, super-king and bunk rooms, serviced by a selection of bathrooms. There are sofa beds for 4 guests - 2 in the ground floor sitting room, 1 in the middle floor king room, 1 in the middle floor super-king room. There is off-road parking available, with the option to park another car in front of the dipped kerb, and plenty of free roadside parking. Two well-behaved pets welcome - extra pets may be considered at owners' discretion. Other things to note. Mariners Lee is a smoke-free property. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, linen, and towels are included. 1 highchair and 2 travel cots available. The fireplace is decorative only and not to be used."
