Inside you will also find a ground floor cloakroom, kitchen, lounge/diner, and first floor games room. To the outside there is a parking area opposite the house for several cars and further parking is also available if required. There is also an enclosed courtyard area accessed from the ground floor with patio furniture. The front of the house has a slipway and mooring, lawned and gravelled areas with garden furniture.
