"Llain Mai is an all ground-floor property resting on the outskirts of Llangefni. It houses one king-size double bedroom with an en-suite, complete with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a well-equipped kitchen and a sitting room with a smart TV. Outside, you will find off-road parking, communal grounds and a private seating area. Llain Mai is a delightful base for a couple. Please Note: Due to limited space in the communal parking area and no alternative nearby parking - you are only permitted to bring one vehicle to a booking for this property. Please Note: Due to the rural location and livestock present on nearby farmland - pets must be kept on the lead in any shared areas or grounds of this property. They are welcome to be off the lead in the private garden area.

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
