"Wharf Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a breakfast bar for four guests, an external utility, a living/dining room with seating for four guests and a Smart TV and an external snug. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and raised-level decking area with furniture, and off-road parking for three cars is available. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and pub and within 0.1 miles, the River Dee and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Wharf Cottage is a wonderful escape for a family in North Wales. Note: The stairs are quite steep, please use the handrail provided. Note: Secure bike storage available in garage."

Rental Rates

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
