"The Granary Cottage is a converted barn cottage located in Llandysul, Wales. Hosting one double bedroom and a bathroom, the property can sleep up to two people. Inside you'll also find an open-plan kitchen/dining area with a kitchen, sitting area and dining area. Off-road parking is available for one car. The property also has a small enclosed garden and a shared lawned area with picnic table. Two well behaved dogs are also welcome. The Granary Cottage is a great location from which to explore all of the Llandysul area. Please note that although The cottage is on one level, it isn't suitable for wheelchair access. Please note: Due to the age of this property, there may be slight damp in extreme wet conditions. Please note: dogs under the dangerous dog act are not permitted at the property. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
