"Upper Vestry has an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and Smart TV. The bedrooms include three doubles, a twin and a single with trundle bed, served by a shower room and bathroom. To the outside is an enclosed raised patio with furniture and summer house. Within 2.2 miles or less there is a shop, pub and a beach and please note, there are no pets and sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot available. Choose Upper Vestry is a wonderful base for exploring this part of Wales. Note: There is off-road parking for one car and roadside parking available, on a first come, first serve basis with additional free village car parking 250 yards away. Note: The garden is accessed via a bridge. Note: Please be mindful that there may be guests staying below, in Lower Vestry."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
